Student and Children’s Ministries
At Cross Creek, we believe in our children. We want to provide quality programs that teach children the Word of God in a fun and safe environment. We know that children learn in a variety of ways and seek to use music, stories, activities, and much more to help kids learn about God and the wonderful plans He has for them. We don’t believe in babysitting your kids, we want to help them grow in Christ so that they can be productive members of the body of Christ for years to come. We have several opportunities for your kids to worship.
Nursery Ministries
We promise to surround our children in a community of love and care in order that they may grow in a nurturing environment. Our intention is to minister to the needs of the children and their families providing them with a loving community where all may be cared for in a warm and dignified manner.
Nursery Times
To better serve our children we have two nurseries available:
Infant nursery-for newborns to one year old or until the child is walking
Toddler nursery- for toddlers up to age 3
Sunday School 9:35 AM-10:50 AM
Sunday AM worship: 10:50—end of service
Sunday PM choir practice: 5:00—5:50
PM worship:5:50—end of service
Wednesday pm Bible study: 6:50—end of service.
Children Ministries
Our children’s church provides a time of worship for kids during our regular worship service. In children’s church our kids are taught the Bible through stories, puppets, songs, games, and various other activities.
Team Kids
On Wednesday Nights we are focusing on helping our kids grow in the Lord through Bible memorization, activities, and lessons geared towards making God’s Word relevant to their lives. With times of teaching, singing, Bible memorization, and games, we teach our kids the joy of walking with the Lord.
Teen Ministries
Our teen ministry exists to help our teens become and grow into mature disciples of Jesus Christ. We seek to help our teens through Bible studies focused helping teens apply God’s Word to their everyday lives. We seek to minister to our teens through times of fellowship, outreach events, thought provoking lessons, and ministry opportunities in our community. We believe that our teens are not only part of the church of tomorrow, they are part of the church today and because of that we encourage them to find an area of ministry in the church to serve.
Our teens meet as a group each Wednesday night and also take part in many different events such as mission trips, game nights, and ministry events.
